I am so pleased to be a part of the cover reveal for Angie Kelly’s forthcoming book from Astraea Press,

Look at this cool cover!

And doesn’t the book sound awesome? Check it out:

When 12 year-old Mia Cornell is sent to live at the Tarpley Estate, her ninth foster home, she has no idea what she’s in for. Having a kind but mysterious foster mother and three quirky foster sisters is all well and good. Discovering that her new family is a secret society—they use a portal in their garden labyrinth to travel the globe seeking lost art, artifacts, and OSOs (objects of supernatural origin)—is something else entirely.

Mia barely has time to wrap her head around the truth when the Society’s latest job, tracking down Marie Antoinette’s necklace, goes sideways. Mia and her new siblings—Tomi, the historian; Devon, the hacker; and Lily, the muscle—must use their wits, plus a few cool OSOs filched from the Society’s vault, to stay a step ahead of a sinister enemy from their foster mother’s past. But just how far back does Mrs. Tarpley’s past go? And will Mia stand by her new family or cut and run when they need her the most?

Coming May 27th from Astraea Press!

Cover Reveal: SOULS ENTWINED by Anne B. Cole

Yeah, April’s cool. I mean, its showers bring May flowers and all . . . there’s April Fools Day* . . . Tax Day** . . . my book birthday*** . . . AND it’s my Critique Partner’s book birthday, too! Shazam!

Because, ladies and gentlemen, on April 30 we’ll have SOULS ENTWINED by Anne B. Cole available from Soul Mate Publishing.

Now Anne and I, along with our other CP Joan, created our little group Scribblers of the Eastern Time Zone (SETZ) about fourteen months ago. We’ve talked each other through several manuscripts, cheered on each others’ successes, and provided guidance when the path to publication was unclear. It’s been an awesome ride. So when I learned that Anne and I would be sharing book birthmonths (is that even a thing? I don’t care.), I was super-excited!!! She’s an amazing CP and a great writer with a unique story to tell. You won’t regret reading SOULS ENTWINED. And now, without further ado, the official cover reveal (isn’t it a beaut?):

Souls Entwined

Coming April 30th from Soul Mate Publishing

A Paranormal Romantic Suspense

When a cursed family heirloom sends Gretta Dobbs back in time, a hunky construction worker, Sam Daggett, suddenly finds himself love struck and joins her adventure. Their souls entwine within the bodies of young lovers on a Greek island in 1829, where they begin to unravel the mysteries behind Gretta’s ring all while avoiding a bloodthirsty pirate who is determined to seek revenge. Gretta and Sam must find the secrets needed to save her and her relatives from an afterlife in purgatory and return to their own lives – or risk becoming prisoners of the past, continuing the evil cycle of the ring’s curse.

A bit about Anne

Souls Entwined is Anne B. Cole’s debut release, combining sweet romantic suspense, time travel, and paranormal elements in a New Adult novel attractive to a wide range of readers.

In addition to writing, Anne teaches preschool and is raising three very active teenagers with her husband of twenty-two years. Her love for making fresh baked goodies, running, hiking, historical fiction, and her three pet cats continue to be her inspiration while she pens the sequel to Souls Entwined.

Connect With Anne

To follow Anne’s publishing journey and connect with her, check out her blog site and find her on Twitter and Facebook.

*Funniest holiday of the year. Except for (maybe) Talk Like A Pirate Day, but how many times can you say “Aaargh!” before your throat’s sore?

**And who doesn’t love taxes?!? Amirite?

***APRIL 15–mark your calendars! (And, no, just because it’s the same day as Tax Day doesn’t mean I’m cheating making this list.)

Self-promotion Must Include My Own Blog!

ImageHey, peeps–it’s me, the blogger/writer who has had every intent to blog on a weekly basis.

We all know what road is paved with good intentions . . .

The truth is, it’s just over THREE WEEKS until THREE WISHES is born, published by Astraea Press, on April 15!* And I’ve been super-busy (on top of my non-writerly life needs) trying to set up interviews, reviews, and cover reveals. (Speaking of which, I have my cover and it is SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL!!!!! But you won’t get to see it until April Not-So-Fool’s Day.) But the tetrahedron** picture here is a tiny hint of a tiny part of the cover.

And everything always happens at once, right?

Some work opportunities I’ve been looking for have all come through, like, this week. My nephew was just born (he’s huuuuge–and gorgeous). I started training for another half-marathon. My DD was sick all week. And my critique partners (wow, do I love those ladies) helped me figure out a huge plot issue in my WIP. So, you know, a few things keeping my from my dear bloggy-blog.

But I’ll definitely be posting as it gets closer to my publication date. And please stay tuned April 1 for my cover reveal!

*Ooh. Gotta remember to do those taxes, too. It seems so insignificant now, compared to my very first book’s birthday. (Ignore that, IRS.)

**Tetrahedron = three-sided pyramid. The number three is significant, if you hadn’t guessed by the title of the book.
